If I’m that bored, I’d rather hot glue something. I have so missed reading your blog! Can’t wait to catch up on ALL your posts from the summer. It'...Do ya'll have Sanivac available there? It's like CLR, but so much better. It's made here in Texas so I don't know their distribution reach, but it's really good. I used the pumice trick at our old house, and you have to be really, really careful because it will scratch the porcelain finish and then you'll have a new set of problems. What I've done with our awful hard well water is to empty the bowl like someone mentioned before, then make a ring of folded up paper towels or rags on top of the sediment. Continually soak them with CLR or some other lime/calcium dissolver throughout the day. At the end, take a magic sponge and it'll just wipe away. One of these days when the kids stop sucking us dry, we will invest in a good water softener. You better believe it.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01135745928720090003noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3894524135734016573.post-57922642003338938652015-08-26T15:50:40.174-07:002015-08-26T15:50:40.174-07:00Your cold front will come, Kathleen. Clean the toilet, flush, but don't let bowl refill (I prop something under the arm in the tank), let dry. Then use a small piece (2x4") #220 grit sandpaper and rub off that ring. You can also get up under the rim too. I found this on Pinterest...hope it helps!Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06763232790755839792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3894524135734016573.post-90693323778096098752015-08-26T03:52:10.365-07:002015-08-26T03:52:10.365-07:00ha i left that comment b/c frankly i was scared to...ha i left that comment b/c frankly i was scared to google "adult coloring book" but i just took the plunge. lots of good choices. :) thanks for the tip!!!Traceyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07811517358388115750noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3894524135734016573.post-85404526322942257192015-08-26T03:49:18.230-07:002015-08-26T03:49:18.230-07:00too funny, joni. so this coloring book thing... s...too funny, joni. so this coloring book thing... sounds like a quirky gift my nurse daughter would like. where to order?
